Quick and Easy Recipe for Lunch

Tuna Salad is one of my favorite things to make when I am home, or taking it for lunch at work because it is easy, quick and healthy! I’ve seen many different ways of making tuna salad but this is how I like making tuna salad.

My best friend actually didn’t like Tuna and I told her to try it the way I make it and I got her into tuna 🙂 I was so proud of myself for converting her haha.

Things you will need:

  • Canned Tuna in water
  • Half a tomato
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Mayonaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

First, chop some tomatoes up and romaine lettuce.

Combine the two in a bowl


Add some mayonnaise


Then the tuna (Be sure to drain out all the water well or else it will be very watery)

Mix it all up and then add salt and pepper to your liking

After you mix everything together you can have it with crackers, Ritz are my favorite!! You can also make it into sandwich for a cold sandwich or for a hot sandwich; you put the tuna on two slices of bread add some provolone cheese (or any kind of cheese) and put it in the toaster for a tuna melt!
